Employment Rights Forfeit

Employees are now to be allowed to accept shares in their employers business in exchange for surrendering employment rights. 

If you are thinking about accepting shares your employer must pay for you to have independent legal advice with a lawyer who has no connection to your employers business and you have a 7 days to decide whether to take up the offer.
